Transactional Attorney (Renewable Energy)

What you will do

• Advise on project acquisitions and dispositions.
• Support project financings and other transactional matters throughout the project lifecycle.
• Draft and negotiate transaction documents.
• Counsel internal stakeholders directly on complex transactions.
• Supervise outside counsel when necessary.

Requirements

• At least three years of corporate law or transactional experience.
• Experience managing deals and advising clients directly.
• Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail and sound judgment.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively on highly complex transactions.
• Strong academic achievement and interest in developing expertise in new areas of law.
