Senior Project Manager

What you will do

• Manage all aspects of strategic, complex, cross-functional Salesforce projects for Sales and Service.
• Schedule, organize, and oversee mid-sized and complex projects using project management software such as MS Project.
• Supervise project participants and coordinate work across multiple projects, shifting priorities, and deadline pressures.
• Resolve conflicts and determine which issues require escalation.
• Analyze system requirements and contribute as a technical consultant on projects.
• Provide timely support for users and first-line support staff dealing with complex, multi-system problems.

Requirements

• At least eight years of progressively responsible information systems experience, including five years managing mid-sized projects.
• College degree in information systems, business, engineering, or equivalent experience.
• Strong knowledge of project scheduling, organization, and project management software.
• Knowledge of electronic product and systems development, implementation methodologies, and software development life cycles.
• Strong communication, organization, interpersonal, budgeting, cost control, and conflict resolution skills.
• Work from the Arlington, Virginia location.
