Technology Services, Project Manager (IT)

Salary: $120K–$130K base salary plus a short-term cash incentive program.

What you will do

• Lead technology projects from initiation through implementation and transition to operations.
• Deliver office buildout and relocation technology, including networks, connectivity, end-user technology, AV, security systems, cabling, and equipment.
• Develop integrated project plans covering milestones, dependencies, resources, procurement, testing, deployment, and operational readiness.
• Coordinate technology teams, business stakeholders, vendors, architects, contractors, engineers, property managers, and facilities teams.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, procurement, vendors, risks, issues, changes, governance, and executive reporting.
• Ensure testing, documentation, support models, knowledge transfer, stakeholder communications, and operational handover.

Requirements

• 5–7+ years of experience managing technology or IT projects in enterprise environments.
• Proven experience delivering office buildout and relocation technology projects.
• Experience managing cross-functional stakeholders, project budgets, vendors, and governance structures.
• Strong skills in scope, schedule, cost, quality, risk, planning, analysis, problem-solving, and stakeholder management.
• Understanding of enterprise applications, infrastructure, security, technology governance, compliance, and operational risk.
• Experience working within structured project delivery frameworks or PMO environments.

Nice to have

• PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification.
• Experience with infrastructure modernization, cloud migration, enterprise applications, mergers and acquisitions, or business integrations.
• Experience in financial services, asset management, or similarly regulated industries.
• Experience with Agile, hybrid, or traditional delivery methodologies and large-scale enterprise technology programs.
