Dual-Site Community Manager (Property Management)

Location: Onsite at Ion Baton Rouge and Lark Baton Rouge in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, United States. Periodic travel may be required, with daytime business hours and non-traditional hours during peak periods, emergencies, and inclement weather.

What you will do

• Lead staffing, scheduling, development, and performance management for property teams.
• Manage property administration, resident concerns, vendor relationships, contracts, inspections, and compliance activities.
• Maintain safe, sanitary, and operationally sound facilities while planning capital improvements and preventative maintenance.
• Plan and execute the annual apartment turnover process, including inspections, vendor coordination, unit preparation, and deadline management.
• Manage budgets, expenditures, payroll, invoices, forecasting, collections, reconciliations, and revenue performance.
• Improve resident experience, monitor feedback, support sales activity, and achieve property KPIs and revenue targets.

Requirements

• Must be eligible to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available.
• At least 3 years of experience managing living communities and a team of 3 or more.
• Experience with property management systems; Entrata is preferred.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication, time management, conflict management, vendor management, confidentiality, and customer-centric judgment.
• Ability to work onsite at the assigned property and periodically travel.
