Maintenance Mechanic I

Location: Henderson, KY, USA; onsite plant role. Must be available for both second and third shifts and work 40–48 hours per week plus overtime.

Wage: $29.68–$43.74 per hour, depending on experience.

What you will do

• Troubleshoot, repair, adjust, and provide preventative maintenance for plant equipment.
• Perform equipment changeovers based on production requirements.
• Rebuild presses and related support equipment.
• Inspect and maintain hand tools for condition and compliance, using tools and shop equipment safely.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records in the CMMS system.
• Collaborate with maintenance teammates, follow instructions, provide feedback, and complete additional duties assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

• Accredited associate degree in electromechanics or equivalent education and experience.
• Mechanical, machinist, or electrical background.
• Knowledge of mechanical prints, motors, controls, and equipment troubleshooting.
• Successful completion of ACT WorkKeys and mechanical aptitude assessments at the required minimum levels.
• Ability to lift 10–50 pounds, frequently carrying up to 20 pounds, and regularly bend, twist, kneel, push, pull, and reach.
• Availability for second- and third-shift work, 40–48 hours per week plus overtime.
