Project Architect

Location: Nashville, Tennessee, United States; hybrid work model with four days in the office and flexibility to work outside the office on Fridays

What you will do

• Develop creative and technically sound architectural solutions across varied project types, scales, and locations.
• Coordinate drawings, specifications, project documentation, design intent, budgets, schedules, and work plans.
• Lead interdisciplinary collaboration and develop technical solutions with project teams, the Project Manager, and BIM Manager.
• Apply advanced architectural concepts and resolve complex design challenges using improved techniques.
• Integrate QA/QC procedures and practice standards into deliverables while preventing and resolving documentation issues.
• Provide technical guidance to less experienced staff and participate in client presentations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.
• Minimum six years of professional architecture experience.
• Professional architectural licensure required.
• Proficiency in Revit, Bluebeam, SketchUp, rendering software, Microsoft Office Suite, and Adobe Suite.
• Competence in technical design, solution evaluation, problem-solving, communication, multitasking, and maintaining quality standards.
• Current portfolio or work samples must be submitted in PDF format.

Nice to have

• LEED AP or other professional certifications.
