PLS Associate Scientist II (CCIT)

Location: Full-time onsite in Lebanon, New Jersey, United States, Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m.–5:00 p.m.

Compensation: $28.00–$30.00 per hour.

Pace Life Sciences provides contract CMC development, CTM manufacturing, regulatory compliance, consulting, and facility support services for pharmaceutical, biopharmaceutical, and gene therapy programs.

What you will do

• Perform standard Container Closure Integrity Testing using laboratory instruments, established methods, and Standard Operating Procedures.
• Review, interpret, document, and present testing results, trends, conclusions, and recommendations.
• Oversee and process CCIT forms, documents, databases, and related information.
• Audit testing activities, equipment, procedures, reports, and databases to identify and resolve discrepancies.
• Clean, maintain, prepare, and calibrate equipment, samples, and laboratory areas.
• Collaborate with work teams and management to support quality, compliance, and department effectiveness.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Physics, or a closely related field, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of industry experience required.
• Knowledge of standard testing tools, instruments, calibration, computer applications, and laboratory systems.
• Ability to perform professional-level CCIT duties, prepare reports, use independent judgment, and manage assigned project activities.
• Correct business English, including spelling, grammar, and punctuation.
• Ability to work onsite in a laboratory and office setting in Lebanon, New Jersey.
