What you will do

• Lead the onboarding of new clients from initiation through completion and serve as the primary client contact.
• Manage multiple implementation projects, including agendas, status reporting, client meetings, milestones, and next steps.
• Coordinate system configuration, testing, bespoke client requirements, and operational readiness with business and technology partners.
• Establish and improve implementation processes, controls, standards, procedures, and templates across the EMEA region.
• Identify, communicate, and resolve escalations before they become project roadblocks.
• Travel to new and prospective clients as necessary, typically 2–3 days per quarter.

Requirements

• 5–10 years of relevant experience, including at least five years performing project management functions, preferably in financial services.
• Demonstrated experience leading teams on complex initiatives and coordinating stakeholders across multiple business areas.
• Experience creating dashboards and developing project metrics.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Project, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Teams.
• Understanding of institutional investment markets, investment instruments, operational processes, cash movements, accruals, IBOR, ABOR, True NAV, accounting, reporting, and performance measurement.
• Required: Irish work authorization for the application date and entire employment period; employment permit sponsorship is not available.
