Location: Remote across Europe, Albania, Poland, Romania, Ukraine, and Latin America

What you will do
- Optimize Snowflake usage, data pipelines, and complex SQL queries for performance and cost efficiency.
- Enhance and maintain Java-based services and implement new platform features.
- Develop scalable and reliable solutions for high-load environments processing large-scale data streams.
- Contribute to platform architecture improvements and implement new components.
- Collaborate with distributed engineering teams to deliver stable platform functionality.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of commercial experience in Big Data engineering.
- Expert-level hands-on experience with Snowflake, Python, Java, and Big Data Engineering.
- Advanced SQL knowledge, including optimization of complex queries.
- Solid Computer Science fundamentals and strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Upper-Intermediate English or higher required.
Nice to have
- Experience with AWS cloud services and Amazon S3.
- Experience in AdTech, cybersecurity, fraud detection, or risk assessment.
