Advanced Data Science Associate Consultant (Machine Learning and Advanced Analytics): Develop statistically effective algorithms and analytical solutions for high-dimensional problems with an accent on machine learning, hypothesis testing, data mining, and scalable analytical assets. Focus on building predictive models, analyzing emerging datasets and technologies, communicating insights to clients, and mentoring associate team members.
Location: Ciudad Autonoma de Buenos Aires, Argentina; hybrid model with three days onsite at clients or offices and two days remote

What you will do
- Develop efficient statistical algorithms for high-dimensional problems.
- Apply hypothesis testing, machine learning, retrieval processes, and data-mining techniques to identify trends and analyze information.
- Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to integrate and communicate analytical solutions.
- Assess emerging datasets and technologies affecting the analytical platform.
- Develop scalable assets and accelerators and support research and publication activities.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to Associate team members.
Requirements
- PhD in Computer Science, Statistics, Economics, or a related field, or a master’s degree with 3–5 years of relevant post-collegiate experience.
- Strong academic performance and quantitative analysis coursework.
- Knowledge of big data, advanced analytics, and algorithms, including text mining, social listening, recommender systems, or predictive modeling.
- Proficiency in at least one programming language, such as Java, Python, or R, plus experience with Azure, AWS, or database systems.
- Proficiency in agile project planning and project management techniques, with prior leadership experience.
- Fluency in English and work authorization, or the ability to obtain work authorization, in Argentina are required.
