IT Contract Project Manager

What you will do

• Own renewal tracking and planning for a portfolio of IT contracts across Infrastructure & Platforms.
• Coordinate IT, Procurement, Legal, and Finance stakeholders to support timely contract renewals.
• Lead smaller contracts through preparation and renewal, including documentation and renewal summaries.
• Analyze license and infrastructure usage, financial commitments, and actual consumption to identify optimization opportunities.
• Build and maintain dashboards or reports to show contract performance and usage trends.
• Manage smaller vendor interactions and support preparation for larger strategic contract renewals.

Requirements

• Experience in IT project management, contract management, procurement, or a related field.
• Experience working across IT, Finance, Procurement, and Legal functions.
• Exposure to contract lifecycle management and vendor-related topics.
• Strong organizational, communication, analytical, and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Required experience with Excel and an understanding of contractual terms, vendor processes, and procurement workflows.
• Ability to analyze data, challenge usage and scope, and translate findings into actionable insights.

Nice to have

• Exposure to Power BI or other data visualization tools.
• Awareness of negotiation processes.
• Interest in licensing models, consumption-based pricing, and cost optimization.
