TL;DR
Lead Services Project Manager (French/English) (Enterprise Software Implementation): Managing the full implementation life cycle for the UKG product suite with an accent on customer delivery, project scope, resources, schedules, and financials. Focus on coordinating multiple concurrent projects, resolving delivery issues, forecasting go-lives, and maintaining strong customer satisfaction.

Location: Canada

Salary: $110,400–$149,000 CAD per year, plus potential performance-based bonus and restricted stock unit awards.

What you will do

  • Lead customer project kickoffs, discovery sessions, status meetings, planning meetings, and ongoing communication.
  • Manage all stages of the hirify.global product implementation life cycle across multiple concurrent projects and phases.
  • Define customer success criteria and maintain project plans, schedules, issue lists, communication plans, and supporting documentation.
  • Coordinate project resources, clarify roles and responsibilities, and ensure adherence to hirify.global implementation methodology and processes.
  • Manage project scope, financials, invoicing, financial disputes, go-live forecasting, and delivery milestones.
  • Resolve project and process issues, improve delivery tools and processes, and drive successful completion with strong customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of project management experience in a customer-facing enterprise software implementation or technical environment.
  • Fluency in both French and English is required.
  • Strong organization, time management, communication, customer service, consulting, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines and adapt to changing requirements, processes, tools, and resources.
  • Willingness to travel as needed, up to 25% of the time.

  • Broad knowledge of HRMS, payroll, and time and labor management.
