Senior Technology Vendor Manager (Gaming)

Location: Remote, Canada

Salary: $110,000–$150,000 CAD per year

What you will do

• Manage technology vendors through evaluation, onboarding, renewal, and termination.
• Maintain vendor inventories, ownership assignments, contracts, milestones, and governance records.
• Coordinate contract reviews, renewals, approvals, invoicing, and governance activities across legal, sourcing, finance, business, and technology stakeholders.
• Facilitate vendor reviews, business discussions, competitive assessments, sourcing initiatives, and market analysis.
• Track vendor performance, spend, contractual obligations, risks, and upcoming renewals.
• Develop reporting and governance processes that improve accountability, transparency, and decision-making.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in vendor management, vendor governance, procurement operations, contract management, PMO, business operations, or a related field.
• Experience managing vendor portfolios and coordinating stakeholders across multiple business functions.
• Strong knowledge of vendor lifecycle management, contract administration, procurement processes, and governance practices.
• Ability to manage complex initiatives involving multiple stakeholders, priorities, and deadlines.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, problem-solving, organizational, communication, and follow-through skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Nice to have

• Experience with enterprise software, infrastructure, cloud, SaaS, gaming, hospitality, retail, or other technology vendors.
• Experience in regulated industries such as gaming, sports betting, financial services, healthcare, or telecommunications.
• Experience conducting RFPs, vendor evaluations, and competitive market assessments.
• Familiarity with Coupa, Ariba, SAP, ServiceNow, Jira, or Confluence.
• PMP, CPSM, ITIL, or related professional certification.
