What you will do

• Acquire and expand consumer and business banking relationships with sales revenue under $2 million.
• Generate leads, conduct appointments inside and outside the branch, and create qualified referrals.
• Identify client needs across deposits, lending, cash management, payments, and investing, then connect clients with appropriate specialists.
• Build client loyalty through tailored solutions, advanced conversations, technology-enabled service, and effective problem resolution.
• Collaborate with the Branch Manager, Business Banker, and ecosystem partners to follow up on opportunities and referrals.
• Follow banking policies and procedures, manage risk, and support accurate daily branch operations.

Requirements

• Spanish speaking ability is required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; comparable education, certifications, experience, or military service may be considered.
• Roles at this level typically require less than one year of professional experience or completion of a formal development program.
• Ability to serve as a Notary Public in the applicable state.
• Successful candidates are subject to background checks under Consumer Financial Protection Bureau regulations and applicable banking laws.
