Staff Product Manager, Foundation (AI)

Location: Tallinn, Estonia; on-site workplace with a hybrid model requiring at least 12 monthly in-office days

What you will do

• Define the strategy, roadmap, prioritisation, and delivery plans for Foundation platform areas.
• Research internal builder problems using continuous discovery, data analysis, and experimentation.
• Design launch and adoption strategies for new developer, AI, and productivity platform capabilities.
• Measure product impact and validate success through clear metrics.
• Partner with engineering leadership and stakeholders across the organisation from concept through launch.
• Establish and scale the product management process across Foundation teams.

Requirements

• Proven product management track record with business impact at scale.
• Experience with large-scale platform, developer, data, or infrastructure products is preferred.
• Hands-on engineering background and the ability to evaluate architectural trade-offs in design reviews.
• Active use of AI for everyday work, agentic automation, and coding, with knowledge of developer tooling and the AI landscape.
• Strong analytical skills, including dashboard analysis, anomaly detection, root-cause investigation, experimentation, and hypothesis formation.
• Clear communication, stakeholder alignment, and sound prioritisation based on explicit business value.

Nice to have

• Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
