Product Manager, Super Network (Data & Analytics)

Location: Remote, based in Estonia; occasional travel may be required for project or team meetings.

What you will do

• Define, communicate, and drive adoption of the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Super Network Data & Analytics.
• Lead product planning, design, execution, and delivery with engineering, design, GTM, and other cross-functional teams.
• Develop business opportunities through alliances, partnerships, and marketplaces.
• Conduct data-driven reviews of product execution, revenue, and market performance.
• Shape global data strategies for a volatile communications environment.
• Cultivate the data ecosystem, community, and internal product culture while mentoring product managers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; an MBA or advanced degree is preferred.
• At least 3 years of product management experience focused on communications.
• Track record of successful product launches and product strategy leadership.
• Strong analytical, communication, collaboration, and influencing skills.
• Ability to use quantitative and qualitative data to support product decisions, executive buy-in, and measurable performance.
• Ability to manage ambiguity, conflicting priorities, and complex business and technical discussions, including with C-level audiences.

• Strong balance of business acumen, technical insight, and user-centered design skills.
• Understanding of global communications industry trends, technologies, and market dynamics.
• Experience with telco supply chain operations.
