Product Manager, Super Network (Data & Analytics)

Location: Remote, based in Estonia; occasional travel may be required for project or team meetings.

What you will do

• Define, communicate, and drive buy-in for the Super Network Data & Analytics product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
• Lead product planning, design, execution, delivery, and launches with engineering, design, and go-to-market teams.
• Develop business opportunities through alliances, partnerships, and marketplaces.
• Conduct data-driven reviews of product execution, revenue, and market performance.
• Shape global data strategies and cultivate the data ecosystem, community, and internal culture.
• Mentor and guide a team of product managers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant domain; an MBA or advanced degree is preferred.
• 3+ years of product management experience focused on communications.
• Track record of successful product launches and product strategy development.
• Strong analytical, communication, interpersonal, collaboration, and influencing skills.
• Ability to use quantitative and qualitative data to make product decisions and drive measurable business and financial performance.
• Ability to manage ambiguity, conflicting priorities, and complex cross-functional challenges, including presenting to C-level executives.

• Balance of business acumen, technical insight, and user-centered design skills.
• Understanding of the global communications industry, technologies, trends, and market dynamics.
• Experience with telco supply chain operations.
