Product Manager (Insurance SaaS)

What you will do

• Own a critical part of the insurance platform and shape upcoming product development.
• Run 2–3 IT projects simultaneously, delivering new features, integrations, or complete product lines against agreed OKRs.
• Coordinate developers day to day, organise their work, and maintain delivery accountability.
• Gather user requirements, create clear documentation, and prepare actionable work for developers.
• Scope the resources and tools required for each project.
• Track user activation, quotations, revenue, MRR, and active-user trends.

Requirements

• Product management experience in a SaaS business.
• Hands-on experience working directly with end users.
• Independent decision-making and the ability to organise work across a team.
• Experience testing and validating MVPs.
• Experience with product monetisation and go-to-market.
• Fluent English and Polish are required.
