Insurance Product Lead (Fintech)

Location: Tallinn, Estonia — full-time, on-site at the headquarters.

What you will do

• Lead insurance products from opportunity discovery and proposition definition through launch, growth, and continuous improvement.
• Research customer needs, competitors, and market opportunities, using data and customer insights to support product decisions.
• Translate business and customer needs into digital product solutions and work with engineering on requirements, solution design, and trade-offs.
• Build business cases, shape pricing and product economics, and balance business value, customer experience, complexity, and development effort.
• Design operational models covering sales, servicing, and claims journeys, while ensuring regulatory compliance with legal and compliance teams.
• Coordinate go-to-market activities and launches across functions, partners, and countries, then track product performance.

Requirements

• Experience building digital products in insurance, fintech, banking, or a similar industry.
• Proven experience as a Product Manager, Product Lead, or in a similar role, taking digital financial products from concept to launch and growth.
• Strong understanding of how modern digital products are designed, built, and operated, with the ability to participate in technical discussions with software engineers.
• Strong commercial, analytical, and problem-solving skills, including experience with business cases and product economics.
• Ability to shape insurance propositions, pricing, customer journeys, and operational models.
• Ability to lead complex cross-functional initiatives without formal authority and take ownership through successful launch and performance.
