Financial Services Associate (Banking)

Location: On-site full-time in Blenheim, Ontario, Canada; flexibility to work at multiple banking centres within a reasonable travel distance is required.

What you will do

• Partner with Financial Advisors to support high-value clients with personal and business banking needs.
• Provide administrative and client support while identifying business growth opportunities.
• Answer client questions about cash management, credit, investments, wealth protection, and financial products.
• Prepare client files, book appointments, and maintain schedules.
• Listen to client concerns, resolve issues, and involve colleagues when additional expertise is needed.
• Work banking centre hours, which may include evenings and weekends, and support clients across multiple nearby centres.

Requirements

• Must be legally eligible to work in Canada at the specified location; a valid work or study permit may be required.
• Knowledge of cash management, credit, investment, wealth protection, and financial products.
• Strong client engagement, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
• Organizational skills for managing client files, appointments, and schedules.
• Accountability, teamwork, analytical thinking, and a commitment to client-focused service.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and at multiple banking centres when required.
