M365 Platform Engineer

hirify.global provides oilfield services and operates a Microsoft 365 environment requiring secure cloud administration and governance.

What you will do

• Administer, monitor, configure, and optimize the Microsoft 365 tenant, including Entra ID, SharePoint, Teams, and Exchange Online.
• Manage Copilot licensing, usage tracking, and governance controls.
• Implement and maintain Microsoft Purview DLP policies, sensitivity labels, and data-classification controls.
• Remediate SharePoint permissions and manage Teams policies, access, and lifecycle governance.
• Partner with IT Security to identify and remediate access, data-exposure, and configuration risks.
• Support audits, compliance reviews, troubleshooting, and documentation of security and governance controls.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in Microsoft 365 administration, cloud infrastructure, or IT security and support.
• Hands-on administration experience with Microsoft 365 tenant environments, Entra ID, SharePoint, Teams, and Exchange Online.
• Experience with Microsoft Purview, DLP policies, compliance tools, sensitivity labels, data classification, SharePoint permissions, and Teams governance.
• Understanding of identity and access management, security principles, governance frameworks, Azure, and cloud-based identity management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, documentation, communication, and organizational skills.
