What you will do

• Manage the full lifecycle of voluntary corporate actions from announcement through final settlement.
• Analyze event impacts on portfolios and communicate options, deadlines, risks, and participation requirements.
• Coordinate complex events with Portfolio Management, Trading, Custodians, Legal, Compliance, Tax, and Operations.
• Review and validate analyses, elections, instructions, and processing completed by colleagues.
• Maintain event records, update internal systems, prepare reports, and track event status and key metrics.
• Improve processes and controls while supporting testing, automation, and system enhancement initiatives.

Requirements

• 5+ years of corporate actions experience.
• Experience reviewing work and performing quality control activities.
• Strong knowledge of financial markets, investment products, and regulations.
• Experience with Aladdin, IMActions, SimCorp Dimension, and Bloomberg.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, stakeholder management, prioritization, and attention-to-detail skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with Power BI, automation, reporting, or process improvement.
