Solution Engineer

Salary: $85,000–$184,000 per year

What you will do

• Lead technical requirements gathering and customer use case intake.
• Provision tools and resources and coordinate with technical teams to develop feasible solutions aligned with WDP System capabilities.
• Manage, prioritize, and schedule the intake pipeline based on organizational priorities and resource availability.
• Facilitate solutioning workshops with customers and technical teams.
• Maintain intake documentation and templates and identify opportunities for new or enhanced services.
• Track intake metrics and collaborate with customer success on handoff for implementation.

Requirements

• Secret security clearance required.
• Multiple experience levels are available: Junior (0–3 years), Journeyman (4–7 years), or Senior (8+ years), with a bachelor's degree.
• Professional proficiency in English is required.
• Strong communication skills and a self-starter mindset.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Must be currently authorized to work full-time in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available.
