Implementation Specialist (Financial Data)

Location: Sofia, Bulgaria

Salary: €26,000–€29,000 per year, plus eligibility for an annual bonus.

What you will do

• Adapt onboarding best practices and coordinate their implementation within the onboarding team.
• Build client portfolio hierarchies, fund manifests, custom dimensions, and commitments.
• Create templates for integrating historical accounting data and validate fund-level market values, transactions, and returns.
• Investigate, remediate, document, and explain discrepancies in client financial data.
• Coordinate client deadlines, answer onboarding and deliverable questions, and maintain project documentation.
• Set up accounting and exposure feeds with data engineering teams and support client requests and platform bugs with development and client solutions teams.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience involving financial data or client implementations.
• Strong financial and analytical skills with a client-service mindset and problem-solving ability.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills are required.
• High fluency in written and spoken English is required.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet reporting deadlines, and adapt delivery of assignments.
• A bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Mathematics is preferred but not required.

Nice to have

• Partnership or investment accounting experience.
• Knowledge of VBA, SQL, or other programming languages.
• Experience training employees on data team processes.
