What you will do
- Understand and model complex product logic for life insurance products.
- Configure insurance products in the Visual Product Modeling System (VP/MS).
- Design and perform functional, integration, and regression testing for product configurations, calculations, and validations.
- Translate customer and actuarial requirements into clear functional requirements for developers and project teams.
- Analyze test results against business and regulatory requirements, document defects, and track them through resolution.
- Participate in quality assurance activities to ensure features and functions are enabled and optimized.
Requirements
- Actuarial knowledge of life insurance products.
- Strong analytical, mathematical, and creative problem-solving skills.
- Excellent listening, interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
- Logical, efficient working style with strong attention to detail.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel.
- Ability to integrate provided AI tools into daily work.
Nice to have
- Experience in software testing or quality assurance.
- Knowledge of financial services or the insurance domain.
- Familiarity with development tools or integrated development environments.
- German or Czech language skills.
