What you will do

• Provide clients with personalized mortgage advice and product solutions.
• Meet clients at times and locations convenient for them.
• Work with Banking Centre teams to deliver mortgage and financial planning support.
• Understand the local market and develop sales plans that convert leads into new clients.
• Build relationships with internal business partners, external realtors, and community contacts to generate referrals.

Requirements

• Banking and mortgage experience.
• Experience with mortgage lending, mortgage processes, and mortgage documentation.
• Strong relationship-building, networking, client service, and business development skills.
• Legal eligibility to work in Canada and, where applicable, a valid work or study permit.
• Goal-oriented approach with a focus on client experience and results.
