What you will do

• Establish and maintain the requirements management environment for the Advana System.
• Document and track system requirements from inception through implementation, ensuring full traceability.
• Facilitate requirements elicitation sessions and refine requirements to make them clear, complete, and testable.
• Establish release baselines, manage changes through formal control processes, and create verification matrices.
• Generate requirements status reports for program management and maintain requirements tools and processes.
• Train team members on requirements best practices and align requirements with program objectives and constraints.

Requirements

• Secret security clearance required.
• Junior level: 0–3 years of experience and a bachelor's degree.
• Journeyman level: 4–7 years of experience and a bachelor's degree.
• Senior level: 8+ years of experience and a bachelor's degree.
• Professional proficiency in English, strong communication skills, and a self-starter mindset.
• Proficiency with all Microsoft Office applications and current authorization to work full-time in the United States.
