Senior Analyst, Organizational Change Management (OCM) (ERP)

Location: Columbus, United States; 50% travel required

Salary: $85,000–$95,000 annual base salary, with estimated total compensation of $91,800–$106,400 including annual incentive compensation.

What you will do

• Support change management strategies that drive adoption and minimize resistance during transformation initiatives.
• Conduct stakeholder assessments, change impact analyses, and change readiness assessments.
• Develop communication plans, communication content, training needs analyses, and training materials.
• Support ERP and Workday implementations by aligning people, processes, and technology changes.
• Coordinate with global and onshore teams to deliver high-quality change artifacts on time.
• Contribute to internal change management templates, best practices, and capability development.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Engineering, Psychology, Communications, Management, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in change management, organizational development, consulting, or transformation programs.
• Hands-on experience supporting technology and ERP implementations, including Oracle, Workday, SAP S/4HANA, Microsoft Dynamics 365, or equivalent platforms.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messages for different audiences.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional and global teams.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with formal change management methodologies such as Prosci or ADKAR.
• Consulting or professional services experience.
