Human Resources Intern (Summer 2027)

Pay range: $18.00–$37.00 per hour

What you will do

• Support recruiting for manufacturing and office roles by pre-screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and assisting with interviews.
• Coordinate pre-employment activities, including background checks and drug screening.
• Organize and participate in job fairs, campus recruiting, and other recruiting events.
• Assist with new employee orientation, harassment prevention, ethics, and other HR training.
• Maintain confidential employee and applicant information in HRIS systems.
• Support employee events and HR and benefits-related research projects.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field for the entire internship.
• Ability to work 40 hours per week throughout the summer.
• GPA of 3.0 or higher.
• Strong communication, organizational, prioritization, and leadership skills.
• Ability to learn new programs quickly and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced team environment.
