Business Analyst - Managed Services (AI)

Location: Budapest, Hungary

Salary: HUF 8,550,000–9,500,000 per year, plus eligibility for an annual bonus.

What you will do

• Develop AI-powered workflows using large language models such as Claude and GPT.
• Support the implementation, testing, and maintenance of workflow automation solutions.
• Analyze existing processes to identify automation and efficiency opportunities.
• Test and validate AI workflows for quality, reliability, and accuracy.
• Support client portfolio uploads, reconciliation and quality-assurance reporting, data checks, and client queries.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in business analysis, operations, consulting, client solutions, project support, or a related field.
• Interest in or hands-on experience with GenAI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, or Microsoft Copilot.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, organizational, and prioritization skills.
• Experience creating documentation, process maps, or procedural guides.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.
