Account Management Senior Analyst (Real Estate)

Location: Budapest, Hungary; one day per week in the office and four days working from home

What you will do

• Read real estate leases and related documents to record payments, critical dates, and responsibilities.
• Compare legal documents, abstraction forms, and system records to maintain accurate lease data.
• Maintain property databases and follow client and internal data quality controls.
• Respond to client requests relating to new leases and amendments, resolve queries, and support reporting.
• Manage personal workload, provide backup for teammates, and maintain business-as-usual process documentation.
• Support contract performance and KPI reporting for quarterly client business reviews.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree.
• At least one year of work experience.
• Intermediate English is required.
• Strong IT literacy and intermediate MS Office skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication, analytical thinking, problem-solving, prioritization, and task execution skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a high-pressure environment.

Nice to have

• Data processing experience in an international environment.
• Work experience in real estate.
• Knowledge of another European language.
