Global Value Lead (GM&E)

Location: Budapest, Hungary; hybrid. Up to 10% international business travel may be required.

Salary: Ft15,840,000–Ft23,760,000 per year.

What you will do

• Define and implement the value framework and performance scorecard for the Global Meetings & Events organization.
• Establish KPIs and performance metrics, providing leadership with real-time visibility.
• Benchmark performance against industry standards and identify optimization opportunities.
• Translate complex GM&E data into actionable insights and clear executive narratives.
• Ensure reporting accuracy, consistency, and adherence to global meetings and events guidelines.
• Establish governance frameworks with logistics agencies, including SLA tracking, performance reviews, and improvement plans.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in performance management, business analysis, or KPI development.
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, and advanced Excel.
• Background in vendor or agency management and governance frameworks.
• Strong analytical, executive reporting, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree required; a master’s degree is preferred.
• Fluent English, written and verbal, is required.
