Freelance Senior Integrated Producer

Location: Los Angeles, United States; hybrid work schedule required

Compensation: $2,300–$2,800 per week

What you will do

• Lead day-to-day processes for integrated creative initiatives from launch through completion.
• Work with Brand and discipline leads to assess feasibility, plan projects, and coordinate resources.
• Manage client and internal creative feedback and communicate project details across teams.
• Track deliverables, budgets, schedules, project overlap, and risks, adjusting plans as needed.
• Source and produce video concepts from Writers Room and Always On ideation.
• Develop project scopes covering timing, resources, and costs.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in integrated production or a similar field.
• Experience managing integrated, multi-track projects and programs for multiple clients.
• Experience developing and tracking project plans, including creative static and video assets.
• Photo and video shoot experience, including shot lists, third-party vendors, and usage terms.
• Experience managing risk, building project teams, and partnering with project discipline leads.
• Experience working with clients and preparing status reports, meeting notes, schedules, budgets, forecasts, and resource plans in a creative agency setting.
