Project Manager, Video (Video Production)

Location: New York, NY, USA; hybrid with 3 days onsite. Remote work is available on Mondays and Fridays.

Salary: $98,493–$120,000 annual base pay in New York, plus bonus.

What you will do

• Lead planning, budgeting, execution, final delivery, and archival of video assets for marketing campaigns, product launches, e-commerce, retail, packaging, and brand storytelling.
• Build production plans and budgets with marketing leadership, forecasting video shoots up to 18 months ahead.
• Manage timelines, creative reviews, talent, vendors, agencies, studios, locations, shoot logistics, props, product samples, and production materials.
• Maintain production schedules, budgets, vendor estimates, status documents, asset trackers, and delivery timelines.
• Identify risks, resolve timeline conflicts, clarify priorities, and communicate tradeoffs to keep projects on schedule.
• Improve studio workflows, production efficiency, resource usage, and vendor costs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 5+ years of experience in video project management, marketing campaign production, and video asset delivery.
• Experience managing production budgets, vendors, estimates, shoot logistics, prop sourcing, and final asset delivery.
• Strong organization, prioritization, communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience working in a shared server or network environment.
• Authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.

Nice to have

• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite.
• Experience with project management tools for budgets, timelines, creative reviews, vendor deliverables, and video asset delivery.
• Experience with a DAM system or shared asset-management workflow.
