Creative Project Manager, Temporary

Location: Remote within the United States only; applicants must reside in the U.S. and be authorized to work there. International remote work is not available due to payroll and compliance requirements.

What you will do

• Provide accurate estimates for small creative projects.
• Review project management software to track task completion, quality checks, and project closeout.
• Collaborate with internal teams to achieve campaign objectives and coordinate asset development.
• Participate in client calls, meetings, and brainstorming sessions.
• Ensure creative assets follow campaign aesthetics, specifications, and client brand guidelines.
• Download, label, and upload video and photo files as needed.

Requirements

• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple competing priorities effectively.
• Proficiency with project management software.
• U.S. residence and authorization to work in the United States are required.

Nice to have

• Experience with Monday.com.
• Experience with Google Sheets.
