Operational Program Director / 245D Designated Manager (Human Services)

Location: Minneapolis, MN, USA; onsite work in programs in Eden Prairie, MN

Salary: $65,000–$66,787.50 annually, plus a $5,000 retention bonus and up to a $5,000 sign-on bonus.

What you will do

• Lead and coordinate the overall operations of four to five programs.
• Supervise and support staff and program coordinators.
• Combine direct-care responsibilities with supervisory duties.
• Provide weekday on-call support from Monday at 8 a.m. through Friday at 5 p.m.
• Participate in weekend and holiday on-call coverage for approximately 15–30 sites every three to six weeks.
• Complete personal care, lifting, transfers, and community transportation for people served.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in behavioral science or a related field preferred.
• Must meet Minnesota 245D Designated Manager licensing requirements.
• At least three years of experience supervising staff in the human-services field.
• Valid United States driver’s license, acceptable motor vehicle background check, liability insurance, and reliable transportation required.
• Ability to complete personal care, lifting, transfers, and transportation duties.
• Strong decision-making, time-management, communication, responsibility, and flexibility skills; minimum age 18, or 21 for certain children’s foster-care programs.
