Mercury Marine Assembler II - Fine Wire Solder - 2nd Shift

Location: Saint Cloud, Florida, United States; onsite, 2nd shift

Pay range: $20.63–$24.49 per hour

What you will do

• Perform fine-wire soldering with lead and lead-free solder and recognize acceptable solder flow.
• Assemble components using fixtures, torque guns, drawings, and work specifications.
• Gather materials, select programs, change fixtures, and adjust test equipment.
• Set up potting equipment, load fixtures, and perform switch-potting processes when required.
• Run and inspect parts, troubleshoot defects, communicate issues, and make process adjustments.
• Package finished parts and rotate between stations or work cells as needed.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Mechanical aptitude with basic reading, writing, and mathematics skills.
• Normal to high manual dexterity, including fine manipulation, pinching, pulling, and grasping; ambidexterity may be required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with assistance when necessary and stand for the duration of the shift.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills are required.
