Citizens Branch Manager

Location: Parma, Ohio, United States; full-time, onsite branch role with a variable schedule that may include weekends and evenings.

Salary: $81,000–$111,000 per year.

What you will do

• Lead branch performance, sales growth, and customer experience in a high-volume environment.
• Coach and develop colleagues to achieve individual and branch-wide sales goals.
• Direct colleague and sales activities while maintaining operational integrity.
• Use financial acumen and strategic insights to guide branch decisions and deliver results.
• Build and maintain relationships with local community and civic organizations.
• Demonstrate mobile and online banking solutions to customers in a digital-first environment.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Leadership experience with a demonstrated ability to coach and develop teams.
• Four years of sales management experience in retail or branch banking.
• Experience managing sales objectives, deadlines, branch goals, and profit-and-loss performance.
• Ability to deliver exceptional customer experiences and maintain community partnerships.
• Must comply with SAFE Act requirements, including background checks and obtaining a unique NMLS identifier.

Nice to have

• Associate’s or bachelor’s degree.
• Retail banking experience.
• Talent sourcing and assessment experience.
