Senior Shooting Editor (Video Production)

What you will do

• Create attention-grabbing social video content measured through views, saves, shares, and other attention metrics.
• Shoot, edit, and assemble raw footage into polished videos optimized for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and other platforms.
• Help define social visual style, develop content-capture ideas, and oversee campaigns from concept through capture, posting, and optimization.
• Oversee live event content capture, contribute to creator campaigns, and direct global talent.
• Collaborate with creative and cross-functional teams on rapid requests and tight timelines.
• Mentor creators, creator residents, art directors, and copywriters on ideation, best practices, and execution.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional creative experience across social, streaming, AR, music, film, interactive, or related media.
• Proven experience as a video shooter and editor, preferably in advertising or digital media.
• Strong knowledge of video production, including lighting, framing, and audio.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Photoshop.
• End-to-end content creation skills with experience in video and motion design.
• Authorisation to work in the U.K. is required.
