What you will do

Build strong customer relationships and create loyal customers.
Identify and maximize automotive service opportunities.
Explain repair and maintenance needs to customers.
Sell service recommendations with integrity.
Deliver an exceptional customer experience through strong follow-up and communication.
Work toward service and revenue goals in a high-volume dealership environment.

Requirements

Previous automotive Service Advisor experience.
Knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Confident sales and negotiation abilities.
Goal-oriented, professional, positive, and team-oriented approach.
Strong follow-up and relationship-building skills.

Nice to have

CDK experience.
Bilingual English/Spanish communication skills.
