Skilled Maintenance Technician (Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Support production, quality, cost, and safety goals across the manufacturing operation and plant facilities.
• Test, troubleshoot, and repair hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, and mechanical equipment and systems.
• Work with circuits, relay logic, wiring, motors, servo drives, motion control, and machine components.
• Program, modify, troubleshoot, and repair PLCs, CNC machines, robotics, and other electronic equipment.
• Fabricate and machine metal, plastic, and wood components for jigs, fixtures, repairs, and machine modifications.
• Document completed work and contribute to continuous improvements in safety, quality, and productivity.

Requirements

• Associate degree in a related field plus one year of industrial maintenance experience, or three years of industrial maintenance or military experience.
• Strong electrical and mechanical knowledge with demonstrated troubleshooting and problem-solving ability.
• Technical knowledge of PLCs, computers and information technology, hydraulics and pneumatics, motion and motor control, welding, and machining.
• Availability for any shift, including overtime, holidays, weekends, and shutdowns.
• Must have the right to work in the United States without current or future employment-based visa or work authorization sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Electrical degree, diploma, or certificate of completion.
• Current or expired state journeyman electrical license documentation.
• Experience working with or repairing robotics.
