Weekend Shift (Maintenance)

Location: On-site work in a multi-level baking plant during a Friday–Sunday weekend shift, 6:30 am–5:00 pm.

Salary: $29.57 per hour starting rate, with the ability to earn up to $38.40 per hour.

Produces and distributes branded bakery products including bread, English muffins, bagels, cakes, and donuts.

What you will do

• Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on process equipment.
• Keep machinery safe, functional, and efficient.
• Learn to maintain and troubleshoot bakery process equipment through structured training programs.
• Complete assigned work orders within the allotted time.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Use power tools, hand tools, drill presses, and other shop equipment.
• Read and interpret documents in English.
• Use notebook computers and standard office equipment, and communicate frequently through multiple methods.
• Stand, sit, stoop, climb stairs, and maintain hand motor coordination regularly.
• Lift up to 50 pounds and work for prolonged periods in a hot, operational baking environment with machinery hazards.
