Sr. Specialist Design, Global Client & Investment Reporting

Location: Baltimore, Maryland, United States; hybrid work with up to one day per week from home.

Base salary: $58,000–$87,000 per year, plus potential discretionary bonus. The role is eligible for overtime pay.

What you will do

• Manage the end-to-end production of client and prospect presentations, reports, pitchbooks, and meeting materials.
• Create standard and customized materials focused primarily on Fixed Income investment teams.
• Collaborate with Portfolio Managers, Investment Specialists, Compliance, Product Marketing, leadership, and other internal stakeholders.
• Source, update, and accurately incorporate investment and portfolio data from internal systems and external data providers.
• Translate large datasets into infographics, visualizations, and PowerPoint presentations.
• Apply brand standards, improve production processes, resolve issues, and maintain compliance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• 4+ years of relevant work experience.
• Experience creating bespoke PowerPoint presentations for senior investment professionals and clients.
• Ability to identify inconsistencies in data and content and deliver accurate results under tight deadlines.
• Project management, stakeholder communication, relationship management, negotiation, and prioritization skills.
• Applicants must already have US work authorization that will not require current or future visa sponsorship. FINRA licenses are not required and will not be supported.

• Experience using reporting systems for performance and portfolio data.
• Adobe Creative Suite experience.
• Knowledge of investment products and offerings.
