Senior Marketing & Collateral Specialist (Graphic Design)

Location: Rosemont, Illinois, United States; onsite

Salary: $59,000–$77,000 per year, plus eligibility for an annual bonus.

What you will do

• Develop, format, refresh, and deliver digital and print marketing assets aligned with brand strategy.
• Collaborate with internal teams, clients, and vendors to conceptualize and execute creative solutions across media platforms.
• Create and refine presentations, marketing proposal decks, client-facing documents, digital ads, social media graphics, email templates, brochures, landing pages, and event collateral.
• Improve asset-production processes to increase accuracy, quality, efficiency, and brand consistency.
• Review and approve vendor invoices and follow purchasing and delivery policies.
• Maintain the digital asset library and monitor industry trends and product updates to keep marketing materials current and accurate.

Requirements

• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including XD, Illustrator, Photoshop, and After Effects.
• Proficiency with InDesign and Balsamiq.
• Portfolio demonstrating completed print and digital design projects with a clean design aesthetic.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, project management, communication, conceptual, layout, typography, and aesthetic skills.
• Ability to manage multiple design requests and timelines, own projects from start to finish, and work with minimal supervision.
• Ability to proofread copy, check links, test layouts across devices and browsers, and ensure accuracy and adherence to brand guidelines.

Nice to have

• Experience with legal disclosures in marketing.
• Experience in an in-house corporate design agency or agency creative department.
