Commercial Construction Project Manager (Mission Critical)

Salary: $96,800–$132,000 per year

What you will do

• Lead commercial construction projects from pre-construction planning through closeout.
• Create and manage project budgets, schedules, logistics, milestones, and owner reporting.
• Coordinate RFIs, submittals, pay applications, quality control, and project documentation.
• Negotiate subcontractor change orders and maintain compliance with safety and contractual standards.
• Supervise assistant project management, administrative, MEP, and safety support roles.
• Collaborate with superintendents, site operations teams, clients, subcontractors, and vendors.

Requirements

• High school diploma required; a four-year degree in construction, engineering, or business is strongly preferred.
• At least 5 years of commercial construction experience, including work with a commercial general contractor.
• Previous project management experience with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong knowledge of construction drawings, including reading, interpreting, and updating project-related drawings.
• Ability to organize people, tools, and time to meet tight deadlines and achieve project objectives.
• Ability to use Microsoft Office, Procore, Adobe, Bluebeam, JD Edwards, and other sector-specific software.
