Senior Structural Engineer (M/F)

Location: Yas Island - Aldar Office, Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates; site visits and client meetings are required as needed.

What you will do

• Provide structural engineering and design review services for building and infrastructure projects in the UAE and internationally.
• Coordinate project details with client requirements and represent hirify.global in meetings with clients and authorities.
• Attend required site visits and project meetings.
• Identify business opportunities and support the Commercial team with fee proposals and quotations.
• Coordinate reporting, invoicing, and project financial analysis with technical, accounting, and management stakeholders.
• Support quality assurance through document review, supervision, audits, staff assessments, and engineering team leadership.

Requirements

• Degree in Structural Engineering.
• At least 10 years of professional experience, preferably in Abu Dhabi, UAE.
• Proficiency in ETABS, SAFE, and SAP2000.
• Experience with local Abu Dhabi codes and regulations, including the MePS system.
• Commitment to quality, safety, environmental, and company procedures.
• ADM Engineer's License Card is preferred.
