Lead Civil & Structural Engineer

Provides engineering services across transportation, infrastructure, water, wastewater, and related civil engineering projects.

What you will do

• Study, design, specify, and provide engineering services for transportation systems, including roads, rail, airports, and seaports.
• Design bridges, infrastructure, drainage systems, underground utilities, tunnels, and geotechnical works.
• Support hydrology and hydraulics, water treatment and distribution, wastewater collection and treatment, and raw water supply projects.
• Apply advanced engineering techniques independently and make decisions on complex engineering problems and methods.
• Represent the organization at conferences and negotiate with engineers and officials from other organizations.
• Provide technical guidance to designers and less experienced engineers while managing assigned staff and budget responsibilities.

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree in Engineering.
• Minimum 7 years of related experience; typical experience is 10 or more years.
• Advanced civil and structural engineering expertise across infrastructure and water-related projects.
• Ability to work independently, interpret technical matters, and provide engineering advice.
