Salary: $113,300.00–$151,166.67 annually

What you will do

• Prepare and dispense medications in compliance with federal, state, and local requirements.
• Oversee prescription intake, entry, picking, counting, labeling, packing, tracking, and inventory accuracy.
• Manage daily pharmacy operations, budgets, priorities, resources, deadlines, and operational plans.
• Identify and resolve prescription and workflow issues while improving pharmacy efficiency.
• Collaborate with managers, warehouse leadership, sales, veterinarians, office staff, and pharmacy employees.
• Mentor staff, distribute workloads, monitor performance, and support employee development.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Pharm.D. from an accredited school of pharmacy.
• Current state Board of Pharmacy license, with the ability to obtain reciprocal licenses in other states.
• Effective written and spoken English communication is required.
• Computer proficiency, strong communication and interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and effective problem-solving ability.
• Demonstrated prioritization, time-management, initiative, self-motivation, and accountability.
• Ability to move products weighing up to 50 pounds and perform occasional or frequent moderate physical activity in a warehouse environment.

Nice to have

• At least two years of pharmacy experience.
• Veterinary pharmacy experience.
