Quality Control Technician II

Location: Florida, West Palm Beach — Plant. Onsite first shift: 6:00 AM–4:30 PM.

What you will do

• Perform QC laboratory testing on manufactured products and ensure results are completed and recorded accurately and on time.
• Collect testing samples according to quality requirements and maintain Good Laboratory Practices.
• Calibrate and verify QC instruments according to work instructions.
• Maintain CoAs, MSDS, calibration, and verification records for ISO 9001 traceability.
• Communicate with production personnel to support efficient production of quality products.
• Prepare daily reports and identify improved QC analysis methods or laboratory equipment.

Requirements

• Associate degree in science or engineering, or 3–5 years of QC laboratory experience.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, with the ability to present technical data.
• Strong organization, analytical, problem-solving, verbal, written, and mathematical skills.
• Knowledge of cementitious chemistry, epoxy liquids, latex, or LATICRETE product lines is useful.
• Ability to travel 0–5% and pass a pre-employment physical.
• Ability to lift and push/pull at least 50 pounds and perform frequent standing, bending, squatting, climbing, or crawling.
