Quality Assurance Specialist (Manufacturing)

Location: Oldsmar, Florida, United States; onsite role at the Calgaz industrial specialty gas facility.

What you will do

• Perform quality-control checks for stock orders, filled cylinders, customer purchase orders, and sales order confirmations.
• Verify cylinder lot codes and part numbers, document them in Certificates of Analysis and Google Drive spreadsheets, and support international customer templates.
• Calibrate H2S sensors, perform H2S testing, and document calibration and test results.
• Pull and prepare regulators, set LPM when required, and apply customer-specific labels.
• Coordinate with customer service, production technicians, QC, and shipping to maintain reliable order flow and complete high-quality outcomes.
• Maintain an organized work area, monitor supplies, and identify process gaps or slowdowns.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Familiarity with manufacturing and quality control, industry testing tools, and equipment.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical and observation skills, and basic math proficiency.
• Proficiency with computers, data-entry terminals, office software, Loftware, SAP, Google applications, and Nice Label.
• ISO awareness and HAZMAT training.
• Ability to work onsite in Oldsmar, Florida.
