Senior Client Service Rep - PA

Location: Hyderabad, India; onsite work shift from 6:30 AM to 3:30 PM IST

What you will do

• Own assigned institutional separate account portfolios and retail products.
• Proactively troubleshoot client and operational queries and track issues through resolution.
• Support onboarding, restructuring, transition activities, and custodian-change meetings.
• Design and maintain customized reports and operational procedures.
• Build operational relationships with internal and external stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Client Services, Portfolio Management, Trading, and Performance teams.
• Deliver accurate, seamless service to internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Finance or a related field.
• Experience in the investment management industry.
• Experience supporting listed and over-the-counter instruments.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, organizational, and prioritization skills.
• Interest in technology and Artificial Intelligence tools, plus experience with process automation initiatives.
• Familiarity with Aladdin, SQL, Microsoft Power BI, and Power Automate; ability to work across time zones.
